Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction for the repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Bespoke Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and the production of which is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to all products manufactured according to your individual specifications, such as personalised items, engravings, prints or custom-made pieces.

Withdrawal and return are excluded in these cases, provided there is no defect or manufacturing fault.
